Anuthi HR Technology Awards

Anuthi is a symbol of empowerment for those who are underprivileged. It personifies that school of thoughts, which thrives to propagate the doctrine of humanity, but just resides somewhere in our hearts. We through Anuthi want to bring back those dormant thoughts in all of us back to life and give everyone the right to spend a better and meaningful life. Anuthi wants to bring everyone to a common platform and find specialties in the underprivileged.

Anuthi consists of commoners like every one of us, trying to move out of our comfort zone, to give comfort to those, who have never been cozy. Anuthi is all about going an extra mile to extend a helping hand for the impoverished and the hapless.

Starting with the vision, “Disseminating knowledge and fostering innovative thoughts can profoundly benefit women, children, disabled and underprivileged”, an archetype group of people started an NGO for those in need. Realizing, the use of technology for the needy is the requirement of the hour, the group formed “Anuthi”, the main motive of which would be to help the technology reach those people who need it most and build capability of women, children, disabled and those backward in society and to be the most reachable and approachable NGO.

The group has already presented a model, which would help those visually impaired. To accelerate the growth of such creative technology applications for the benefit of global humanity, and helping the necessitous, Anuthi started Technology Awards for innovative technology initiative in HR Field. The awards would recognize companies, NGOs, Government bodies and other institutions that have implemented an innovative technology initiative in HR field that is unique and has had a big impact on the organization. Anuthi will organize the awards in two categories viz. HR Technology and Technology for Humanity.  Anuthi would partner with the HR and CSR departments of organizations for involvements in conducting training workshops and spreading awareness about technology to the all the underprivileged. Anuthi would even, organize technological seminars and lectures of eminent engineers and scientists for women, underprivileged and disabled people. Anuthi envisions collaborating with other NGOs and hosting an online database of community and volunteers on a Web Portal to meet the objectives of other organizations in need of volunteers. Anuthi would teach, promote and propagate the doctrine of the humanity. Anuthi foresees enhancing readily employable qualities in women, children, underprivileged and the disabled people by imparting industry grade skills. Anuthi would develop and deploy technological applications in a cost-effective manner, and help to upgrade the quality of life of those disabled, underprivileged and needy.
