In spite of the statistic, the last decade has seen the emergence of true innovation in India – in the business and social world. It is possibly the beginning of an innovative India where we are beginning to challenge existing legacies; an innovative India where Indian entities of MNCs are becoming a springboard for innovation and aren’t just clones of a distant parent; a changing India where social innovations are impacting education and poverty.

Many Indian Innovators have broken through the barriers created by past experiences, and are becoming lighthouses.

The time is now ripe for the innovative Indian to be recognized and feted. It is now time to identify and learn from the lighthouses.

It is with this intent that the ANUTHI WELFARE SOCIETY is introducing the HR Technology Awards for Innovative Technology Initiatives in HR Field.

Successful innovation isn’t simply a matter of coming up with ideas. It’s the ability to nurture those ideas, make them work, and bring them to market that distinguishes a truly innovative organization.

Keeping this in mind, we present the HR Technology Awards to those who have taken an idea from concept to reality and have sustained results to show for their efforts may enter this contest.

The HR Technology Awards would be a vehicle to identify innovation lighthouses within the HR Filed and learn from them, with the aim to share and multiply innovation.

This is an award to identify the most INNOVATIVE Technology INITIATIVE. In HR Field

This award featuring various categories will:

  • Formally recognize companies, NGOs, Government bodies and other institutions that have implemented an innovative technology initiative in HR Field that is unique and has had a big impact on the organization (and / or industry).
  • Provide publicity to the winning organizations and teams.
  • Provide a platform to cross-learn from innovative initiatives to inspire many other HR professional to innovate.

The Anuthi – HR Technology Awards are constituted by Anuthi Welfare Society. We are the pioneer in the field of, recognizing the strengths of the Technical Backbones of HR processes of Corporates and HR Service Providers, as well as, the ease with which technology is being used while administering the HR processes across organizations.
