Selection Criteria & Participation Rules
QUALIFICATION CRITERIA
HR Technology Awards are open to all organizations who meet the following criteria.
1. HR Technology solution must have been implemented at some organization after 2007
2. All applicants should allow Anuthi teams to visit their sites, if required during the evaluation process, as explained later.
3. The application must be filled up clearly and completely. Nominees may use additional blank pages/ attachments/additional reports if necessary.
4. The last date for receiving all nomination forms, complete in all details is July 30, 2009. Please note that forms that are incomplete or not received by this date would not be eligible.
PARTICIPATION RULES
1. Applications must be submitted only by using the forms provided. Any entries submitted without the form will not be accepted.
2. All entries should meet the qualification criteria. Please familiarize yourself with the criteria before filling and submitting the application.
3. If any violations of regulations for the competition are discovered at any stage, the entry will be cancelled. If the rights of any third party are violated by any participating company, the entire legal responsibility will be that of the participant.
4. Entry fee per application is Rs. 5,000/- (+12.36% Service Tax per nomination). Cheques / Drafts should be drawn in favor of “Anuthi Welfare Society” payable at Mumbai.
5. The same company or institutions may submit multiple entries for different categories, provided they are submitted using a separate application form.
6. Participants cannot publicize the fact that their work has been selected/pre-selected until the announcement of the awards.
7. The organizers reserve the right to cancel/modify/extend/discontinue the awards without assigning any reasons or any prior notice.
8. Solicitation and any unfair practices adopted by the participants to achieve the award will lead to cancellation of application.
9. The process to decide the winners is open and transparent.
10. Decision of the jury is final and binding on all participants and no complaints on the selection process will be entertained
11. By signing the entry form, the participants accept all the entry conditions. They also give their consent to the publication of material associated with the application in any form as the organizers may deem fit. Also participants agree to participate and exhibit their solutions during the award ceremony should they be selected in the final round.
SELECTION PROCESS
The selection process is a unique one, in completeness and depth of activities. It will take place in 5 stages:
1. Stage 1: Invitation of applications: Applications should be submitted by a company / organization / government body, or nominated by a third party. All applications should be submitted by using the form provided, on or before 30th July, 2009.
2. Stage 2: Initial Screening: Each Application will be reviewed:
o Objectively and independently by two reviewers
o Ratings will be totaled
All the Applications have to be reviewed and the top 10 applications in each category will be selected for Stage 3.
3. Stage 3: Telecon: The internal jury would be made up of senior HR professionals who would review the top 10 entries and bring it down to top 5. For these 5 entries, the corresponding organizations will be requested to provide additional information. A specific application form will be provided to the ‘qualified organizations’ at that juncture.
4. Stage 4: Audit: A first-hand audit will be conducted to validate the top 5 entries. They would be audited and presented for evaluation to the Jury.
5. Stage 5: Jury: Final awardees to be decided by a specially chosen jury.
Evaluations will be based on the business impact, business ROI (or payback period) and business innovations that have been achieved or should be achieved. In each case the benefits (tangible/intangible) would be related to the critical success factors for organization.
Once the evaluation process starts, all shortlists would be treated as confidential. Evaluation decisions by Anuthi and constituted jury shall be final and binding.
SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FORMS
Application forms are available on the website www.anuthi.org. Forms are also available on request by email to awards@anuthi.org.
The deadline for the submission of application forms is on or before midnight 30th July 2009. All entries (with Entry Fee Cheque) should reach the address provided & emailed by midnight of 30th July 2009. No late entries will be accepted. Inconsistent or incomplete documentation will be rejected. The organizers are not responsible for intimating the same to the participants.
